NOTE: During this 180-day period and prior to circulation, proponents must publish the Notice of Intention and County Counsel’s Ballot Title and Summary in a newspaper of general circulation published in the county. Proof of publication must be provided to the Registrar of Voters prior to circulation. November 3, 2013 is the last day for the 180-day period to begin if proponents wish to have the entire 180-day period for publication of Notice of Intention/County Counsel’s Ballot Title and Summary and for circulation of the petition.

  • Request various reports on the effect of proposed initiative(s). The reports shall be presented to the Board of Supervisors within the time prescribed by the Board of Supervisors, but no later than July 24, 2014, 30 days after certification.
