Resolution calling election to Registrar of Voters. This is not a statutory deadline; however, it helps to have the resolution as soon as possible.

March 9, 2012
Last day to consolidate with Statewide Direct Primary Election. Resolution containing a measure must be to Registrar of Voters by 5:00 p.m. on March 9, 2012. If you wish to have full text printed in the sample ballot, we need to have the full text by March 9, 2012.

Last day for direct arguments, city attorney impartial analysis and fiscal impact statement (if applicable). If your Council passes a resolution prior to March 9, 2012, adjust the date accordingly.

Last day for rebuttal arguments. If direct arguments are due prior to March 9, 2012, the rebuttals must be filed 10 days after the direct arguments.

Registrar of Voters will mail a list of polling places within your city. They will also be available on the City Clerk Partnership website. You will be notified when this posting occurs.

First day vote-by-mail ballots are available. All vote-by-mail ballots will be issued through the Registrar of Voters. If you receive requests at your City Hall, please forward to Registrar of Voters.
