Record Number Mailed

Nearly 1.5 Million Sample Ballots Mailed

Yesterday, on the first day allowed under California law, we mailed 1.5 million sample ballots to Orange County voters. Voters have started to receive them today and should continue to receive them through early next week.

Strong Interest in Volunteering

Recruiting poll workers is much easier during a Presidential Election and our recruitment numbers reflect this. As of today we have nearly 75% of our bilingual poll workers in place and have recruited 3,226 poll workers to date.

On the Road Again

We will be hosting a "Poll Worker Road Show" in October. Poll workers will be able to visit our mobile teams at Brea Mall (10/23), Westminster Mall (10/25) and The Shops at Mission Viejo (10/29) at 5:00 p.m.

Vote-by-Mail Preparation

600,000 Vote-by-Mail Ballots

We have been printing and inserting vote-by-mail ballots in preparation for mailing to Orange County voters on October 9th. We anticipate receiving another 120,000 one-time applications as well. Voters will have until 8 p.m. on Election Night to return them.
