189 Polling Places Ready

Polling place supply pick up underway

Field Supervisor Training

Nearly 40 field support personnel will be in the 37th Senate District on Tuesday. Our operations support training is taking place today.

Reserved Pick-Up Times

Inspectors (polling place supervisors) have been picking up their polling place supplies at our Santa Ana facilities since Thursday using reserved pick-up times - saving them time on the weekend.

Ballots Received Update

1,688 received in today's mail

We have processed all vote-by-mail ballots received as of today (Friday), which is 56,388. We have mailed 257,610 - returns so far represent a 21.8% turnout of those mailed. Turnout overall is 11.46% - turnout in the last special state legislative contest (72nd Primary in 2009) was 18.3%.

Many Options Available for Election Night Data

We will begin posting our first 37th Senate District Election results on Tuesday (March 17th) at 8:05 p.m. These first results will include all vote-by-mail ballots received via the mail through Tuesday afternoon. Our first results from polling places will be posted at 9:30 p.m. and updated every 30 minutes thereafter. Our detailed results section provides precinct breakdowns, cumulative reports, precinct mapping and live webcams.
