November 2014

Welcome to Election Day!

Thank you for your service!

We have increased our telephone support lines - if you call for help on Election Day and it is busy you may hear just a ring tone - stay on the line and we will be with you shortly. If it is busy please be patient - call volume is heaviest from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.

Supply Distribution

Inspectors will be picking up polling place supplies tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Remember to bring your Poll Worker PASS card. A full list of supplies can be found on our website.

Set Up Early (Please)!

If your polling place will allow early set-up on Monday please take advantage of this! It will save you time and make your Election Day morning much smoother. Thank you as always for your service!

Polling Place Reminder

Observers are allowed

You may have members of the public or media that want to observe in your polling place. Remember this is allowed under California law as long as they are not interfering with the election process. Members of the public are also allowed to view the Street Index Guide (that you will hang on your polling place door).

Troubleshooting Voting Booths

If you encounter a problem with your voting equipment please first check your power and data cables. Most issues arise because of incorrect cable connections. If you are unable to resolve the problem call our help desk line (714-954-1901) but remember to always keep voters voting by using paper ballots. Your Coordinator can also help in most situations or we will dispatch a technician.
