Language Material on Official Table

Please remember that federal and state law require that all translated election materials must be posted and/or on the Official Table. This is not an option - please ensure we are in compliance.

Vote-by-Mail Ballot Envelope

If a voter drops off their vote-by-mail ballot they do NOT need to sign a roster. Please ensure that the envelope is signed - if dropped off by someone else check to see that the authorization section is filled out.

Open on Time and Early Set-up

When possible set-up early

It is very important that you open your polling place on time (7:00 a.m.). In order to meet this deadline do your best to set up your polling place the night before. Our polling places are volunteering their locations, so we cannot force them to allow access, but if allowed set-up early!
