Vote Center Mailer Messaging

We have been working on our extensive Vote Center outreach plan, which will include three unique direct mail pieces to all voters. Beginning in January, these mailers will focus on introducing the concept to voters, discuss Vote Center features, and offer info on locations.

Vote Center Operations Radio System Now Live
Vote Center Operations Radio System Now Live

With the help of the Orange County Sheriff's Department Communications Division, we completed installation of our countywide radio system that will be used for all election and Vote Center operations. Our field teams will be able to communicate with other team members and our central office. These radios are vital to ensuring smooth operations.

We have been finalizing how our Vote Center equipment will be stored and delivered. In this photo, you can see one of the caddies with equipment that will be delivered to one of 188 Vote Centers throughout Orange County for the March Primary. Logistics and tracking of each piece of equipment will be done with precision.

New Ballot Extraction Devices

We are installing new ballot extraction devices that will speed up the removal of ballots from envelopes. We are building in capacity for countywide delivery of vote-by-mail ballots. These new machines are being tested during our November 2019 General District Election.

We are conducting an election on November 5th for the Santa Ana Unified School District, the City of Santa Ana, the City of Stanton and the City of San Clemente. Our teams have been processing ballots received to date (a total of 13,283).
