Santa Ana, CA December 30, 2009 – The Orange County Registrar of Voters announced today the legal requirements and deadlines for candidate filing and the election calendar for the June 8, 2010 Primary Election are available online at ocvote.com/pri2010/.
Most candidates must pay a filing fee or may choose to submit petitions with valid signatures in lieu of the filing fee. (Exceptions: County Central Committee and County Board of Education)
Nomination papers and declaration forms for all offices may be obtained from and must be delivered to the Registrar of Voters. Contact the Registrar of Voters for details.
