Santa Ana, CA February 7, 2008 – The Registrar of Voters announced today that the declaration of intention period for candidates for judicial offices of the Superior Court has been extended until February 11, 2008, 5:00 p.m. for the offices listed below for the June 3, 2008 Primary Election, because the incumbents failed to file declaration of intention papers by the February 6, 2008 deadline. The offices are:  

Superior Court Judge, Office No. 4

 Superior Court Judge, Office No. 8

Superior Court Judge, Office No. 12

Any qualified person, other than the incumbent, can now file the declaration of intention papers until February 11, 2008, 5:00 p.m., in the office of the Registrar of Voters, 1300-C South Grand Avenue , Santa Ana , California . Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
