» Ballot Options Chart New Addition to Your Supplies Something new for the June 3rd Primary is a ballot options chart.  We observed firsthand, and heard from you, that the ballot options in February for Decline-to-State voters was a little confusing.  We have developed an easy-to-read chart, shown at right, that will be placed on your table next to your voter roster.  This will provide a graphical representation for Decline-to-State voters so that they will know their options.  For this election all three major parties (Democratic, Republican and American Independent) are allowing crossover Decline-to-State voters to vote their party ballot.

» Coordinators Will Remove and Tag Replaced JBC From Your Poll Site                                                 We wanted to highlight a very important policy regarding replacing JBC’s in the field. If your JBC is replaced on Election Day by your Coordinator he or she will take the replaced JBC with them. This will make it easier on the Inspectors so that they are only responsible for one JBC at the end of the evening. All removed JBC’s will be marked with a yellow tag. They will be returned by the Coordinator on Election Night for processing.
