When you arrive at training you will receive a new and improved manual. Included with the manual will be a new DVD that we highly encourage you to watch. The DVD was filmed in a way that many of you have asked for - and we've listened. It includes actual scenarios that you will encounter on Election Day and how to handle each particular situation. You will be able to choose chapters that you believe you need to learn more about without having to fast forward or rewind just as with movie DVD’s.
