» Just Four Days to Go Until Election Day!           Thanks to all of you who will be working the election on Tuesday, May 19th.  Statewide predictions show a potentially low turnout at the polls (13-15%) but of course were prepared for any turnout.  Don't forget - tomorrow is the last day to attend one of our practice sessions!  Click here for all of the details.  Thanks again and I am proud to have some of the best poll workers in the country!

» Caddy Lock Combination On Last Minute Reminder Attention Inspectors!  We realize there is a lot of information on your last minute reminders.  We have worked to reduce these to only the most critical items.  You will receive this document at supply distribution tomorrow.  Staff will point out the caddy lock combination on the upper right hand corner of the reminder.

The lock combination has changed from last year so please take note of the new combination.

» Disabled Access Equipment Delivered

Please note that your polling place may be issued ADA equipment to assist voters with disabilities. The equipment may be as simple as cones and signs for parking to large ramps that have been set up for you. If your polling place has been designated for a “ballot call” (a machine used by voters to ring a bell from the curb) the inspector will receive it at distribution.

» Supply Distribution Coming Up for Inspectors Please ensure that the only items placed in the Unused Ballot Bag (shown at right) at the end of the night are those items listed on the front of the bag. They include; all unvoted ballots, all used spoiled ballot envelopes and all surrendered/vote-by-mail ballot envelopes. It is critical that nothing else is placed in this bag, especially live ballots voted at the polls and voted vote-by-mail ballots turned in at the poll site.
